MY PHILOSOPHY
I integrate traditional talk therapy with complementary mind-body interventions, including mindfulness, meditation, and yoga-based practices, to support regulation, resilience, and self-awareness. My approach is collaborative and client-centered, prioritizing safety, pacing, and the development of practical coping strategies.
I provide trauma-informed psychotherapy that emphasizes evidence-based approaches while attending to the individual needs of each client. My work is grounded in the understanding that trauma and chronic stress impact both the mind and body, and effective treatment requires addressing both domains.

My approach is collaborative and client-centered, prioritizing safety, pacing, and the development of practical coping strategies. For individuals the focus is on understanding internal dynamics, processing past experiences and fostering internal clarity and capacity for growth. For couples, therapy examines interaction patterns, communication styles and attachment dynamics to strengthen connection, empathy and mutual understanding.
YOGA
Mindful movement and yoga are powerful tools for supporting mental and emotional well-being. By combining breath, posture, and focused awareness, yoga helps regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and improve emotional clarity. It strengthens the connection between mind and body, allowing clients to notice physical sensations linked to emotions and thought patterns. Practicing yoga in a therapeutic context can enhance focus, release tension, and foster insight, supporting deeper self-understanding, emotional strength, and overall resilience.

Additionally, I offer individualized yoga sessions designed to meet you where you are. My classes blend vinyasa flow, for building strength, flexibility, and energy, with restorative practices that promote deep relaxation and stress relief. Each session is tailored to your body, needs, and goals, creating a mindful, supportive space to reconnect with yourself, release tension, and cultivate balance and well-being.

MEDITATION
I also integrate meditation into my therapeutic practice. Meditation supports mental health by reducing physiological stress, improving attention, and strengthening emotional regulation. By increasing awareness of thoughts, sensations, and reactions, it helps create a more stable internal state and reduces symptoms of anxiety and depression. Integrated into therapy, meditation enhances insight, supports trauma recovery, and promotes long-term psychological well-being.

Additionally, I enjoy playing the singing bowles withch provide a steady sound and vibration and support nervous system regulation. Used in therapy, they offer a focused sensory anchor that helps reduce stress and deepen mindfulness during meditation.
INDIVIDUAL TREATMENT PLAN
While I specialize in an integrated mind–body approach, all services can also be accessed independently. Clients may choose to engage in psychodynamic talk therapy, individual yoga sessions, or meditation instruction as stand-alone offerings based on their goals and preferences. I create an individualized treatment plan for each client based on their history, current symptoms, and therapeutic goals.

This integrated method supports nervous system regulation, deepens self-reflection, and strengthens the mind–body connection, allowing clients to progress at a pace that feels safe and grounded. Each modality is tailored to the individual, creating a cohesive treatment experience that promotes clarity, stability, and sustainable change.
